What's New in 2019? Home Warranty You Say?

In an ongoing attempt to find better, smarter and more effective ways to serve our sellers...in 2019 we will be offering a home warranty at no cost to our home owners.  What does this mean?  It means that while your home is on the market, if something breaks from normal wear and use it will be covered under a seller home warranty provided by Old Republic Home Warranty.  There is usually a nominal service call fee but most often the repair or replacement will be covered under the warranty.   We will also then extend that warranty for the buyer at clsoing!  Most often a buyer will ask you to pay for a home warranty in the contract, but we will be taking care of that for you at no charge.   It's a win-win situation, the buyer gets a one year home warranty and you can leave closing knowing that a warranty is in place for the buyers.  No calls two days after closing becuase something broke in the middle of the night. I say homes often seem to know when they are on the market....everything seems to break.
